  9. Ready to serve :)

One of the easiest ways is to add your favorite vegetable. To make this recipe less fattening you can use light single cream and low fat ham instead of bacon. Serves two people, increase the pasta amount for additional people. As I mentioned earlier eggs are the main ingredients in the carbonara sauce and to make it seem creamy I use mostly egg yolks.
