Steps to make Summer sorbets:

  1. Slice the bananas and kiwis and freeze them in a zip lock seperately, over night or for about 2 hours.
  2. In a food processor or blender, add 2 frozen bananas sliced and kiwi slices,
  3. Start blending till it forms crumbles. Scrape down the sides of the food processor.
  4. Continue blending till the mixture is rich thick and creamy.
  5. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 2 tbsp honey and combine well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze untill solid.
  7. Before serving you can keep outside for 5 min and scoop out into serving bowls.
  8. Similar to the above flavor, blend 2 frozen bananas half way till it crumbles down.
  9. Now add nutella,honey and vanilla extract.
  10. You can add a tsp of milk if needed.(optional)
  11. Keep blending till you get smooth creamy ice cream consistency.
  12. Scrape down the sides of the bowl in between to avoid chunks of bananas.
  13. Now add chocolate chips into the mixture and mix well.
  14. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze.
  15. You can serve both flavors together or with sprinkles or as your patience allows!! :)
