  6. now for banana caramel ,in a small saucepan heat the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden caramel color. add the cream, reduce the heat to low continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until thick caramel sauce forms. remove from heat mix in the vanilla and set aside to cool about 5 minutes. and a non stick frying pan over medium heat, saute the bananas until golden on each side
  7. remove the frying pan from the heat gradually Stir in caramel sauce..
  8. place waffles on a plate, drizzle caramel sauce over waffles .a few bananas on top waffles, best served on the side.

Waffles can be frozen and thawed for later use. Just pop them in the toaster for a quick morning bite. To mash bananas quickly, place bananas and milk in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour two tablespoons of the waffle batter onto the hot waffle iron.
