  1. heat olive oil in none stick pan
  2. boil water and once water is boiled put on your noodle into sauce pan along with eater and leave to cook on hob at a low temp

  9. drain your noodles once cooked and add to steak and veg leave for five mins stiring every so often
  10. but a dash of parsley. ground ginger and soy sauce if wanted on top!
  11. put stir fry in a bowl
  12. tuck in!!
