  3. Take oil and butter together. Add cashews and raisins. Add marinated paneer and peas. Add salt, turmeric and Garam masala. Close the pan and cook it for some time.
  4. Keep Coconut milk ready.
  5. Once oil separates, add rice and coconut milk. Cover it and cook it for some time.
  6. After some time, open it. Mix it gently. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with onion raita and papad. - (see recipe)

Part of the battle is finding a store that carries paneer in the first place. Place the colander in the sink. Heat the milk in a large non-reactive saucepan over. Paneer is the star ingredient in some of my most favorite Indian dishes — and probably yours too!
