  4. On a medium flame, cook until the yogurt is disappear, the chicken is light brown and the oil is seen at the sides of the pan. The batter is ready
  5. Take another bowl, add water, zeera and salt
  6. Bring it to boil and then add soaked rice in it
  7. Keep it boiling until the rice are cooked
  8. Sieve the water
  9. Now in a big bowl the layers of the biryani is to be prepared
  10. 1st make a layer of the mixture and on it add a little dhania and podina
  11. Then make a layer of rice
  12. Then again batter layer, then rice and on the top add boiled eggs and crispy onions if you like
  13. Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes on very very low flame
  14. Delicious and spicy chicken biryani is ready to be served with salad and raita ☺️☺️
