The ingredients needed to make Parda biryani:

  1. Prepare Biryani rice
  2. Take bay leaves
  3. Prepare black pepper
  4. Take cloves
  5. Get star anise

Steps to make Parda biryani:

  1. Soak biryani rice for 30 mins
  2. In boiling water add all whole masala..let it boil for some time
  3. Add rice in it cook 90%
  4. Strain water and spread it.
  5. In pan take30tb ghee,
  6. Add jeera, green chilles,sliced onions and ginger garlic.
  7. Sauce add mix veggies.
  8. Add turmeric,red chille and biryani masala,dry frits and mix well
  9. Add 2tb spoon curd.
  10. Take dough
  11. Roll big chapati
  12. In a pan apply ghee and spread rolled chapati on it.
  13. Spread brista (fried onion) and mint leave and fry fruit on it
  14. Spread half vegetable gravy on it.
  15. Spread layer of rice
  16. Again brista mint leaves and rest gravy.
  17. Spread rice.,sprinkle little kewda water and saffron water.
  18. Now fold the chapati and cover the rice.
  19. Brush with ghee on over.
  20. On hot tawa keep this pan.
  21. Cover the top and let it cook for 15.min.
  22. After 15 min put another tawa and flip it carefully and cook another side.
  23. Let both sid be cooked till crispy.
  24. Garnish and Serve hot with papad,curd or mix veg raita.

The uniqueness comes from the way this biryani is prepared. The biryani is going to be very hot so be careful while cutting the parda. Take a sharp knife and rotate it around the edges of the bowl to cut the parda on the biryani. The roti can be enjoyed with Raita or pickle. It can also serve as a spoon.
