Put a teaspoon lemon juice and again spread a layer of rice, put some ghee, saffron flakes, kewada water and lemon juice, now cover it with a lid and close it by putting dough on sides for Dum so that all the flavors remain inside Biryani, put the flame on low for ten minutes.
