  13. When cooked add rice boil. For 10min.. drain and set a side

  15. Take gravy oil.. Add in a layering pot first..

  18. Then squeeze lemon on too..
  19. Now layer remaining tomato, coriander and green chillies..
  20. Then remaining rice and ghee on top..
  21. In a bowl add food colour and kewra.. mix
  22. Now pour on top and some brown onion..
  23. Now do as we do.. put on high flame first.. Then on low flame for 1o min..
  24. Enjoy with yoghurt and kashumbar..
