  3. Peel Wash potatoes, fry in oil and till they turn Golden brown, keep them separate after piercing it with fork to form small holes for allowing masala to penetrate inside them to give rich taste.
  4. Take curd at room temperature in a bowl, smoothen it so that no lumps are found, mix it with red chilli paste
  5. Add cashew nuts in hot water. Blend to form a paste and add the same in chilli curd paste
  6. In spice mix add Ginger powder, Turmeric powder and Garam masala powder.
  7. In a wok heat oil, add red chilli powder, spice mix and curd paste, keep stirring constantly in low medium flame for 3 minutes.
  8. Add salt, once it boil slightly then add water, cover with the lid for 7 mins in low flame, add fry potatoes, mix and cover again for 2 mins.
  9. Mix chopped cilantro, close gas, cover the dish for 5 mins and then serve hot with parathas.
