  1. Get 1 bowl Sooji
  2. Get 1 bowl Sugar

  1. Take a pan add ghee and roast dry fruits(almond,ceshew,pista) for 3 second and remove it.

  3. Now take the same pan add sooji into hot ghee and roast it till it become golden brown then add water and ½cup sugar and mix it well and cover it with lid then cook it for 1-1.5 min till the water soak.
  4. Then as water get absorb add cardamom powder again add ½cup sugar and the roasted dry fruits and mix it well.
  5. Decorate accordingly.
