Hey everyone, I hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a distinctive dish, mike’s easy guacamole. One of my favorites. This time, I will make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Guacamole is easy to make and altough it's very simple it's always a matter of taste. It's easy to make and loaded with fresh, high-quality ingredients like; avocados, lime juice, onions, tomatoes, garlic, cila. Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice.

To begin with this recipe, we must prepare a few components. You can cook mike’s easy guacamole using 4 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Mike’s Easy Guacamole:

  1. Get 6 medium avocados. Make sure they’re soft all the way through, removing any bad spots
  2. Make ready 1/2-1 medium SWEET onion depending on your taste. You can always add more. I prefer the whole thing
  3. Prepare 5 small or 2-3 medium vine-ripened tomatoes. Very red inside. Pink just won’t do
  4. Get 1 tbsp Garlic salt to taste. I use roughly

If that's your thing, this guacamole recipe is the. This does two things: removes the raw flavor of the onions and mellows out the flavor of the lime juice. It is super simple, healthy, and so delicious. I promise you that anyone can make this!

Instructions to make Mike’s Easy Guacamole:

  1. Scoop out the avocados into the bowl.
  2. Finely chop half the onion and most of the tomatoes and add to bowl.
  3. Mash and stir vigorously, adding a light dusting of garlic salt a few times as you stir.
  4. Taste often as you slowly add the rest of the onions and tomatoes, and more garlic salt, stirring as you go. I usually end up adding in all of the onion and tomatoes, and roughly 1-2 tablespoons of garlic salt.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips!
  6. Good to eat immediately, but better when refrigerated for at least an hour to let the flavors sink in. When you store it, take a piece of plastic wrap, coat one side with lemon or lime juice, and place that side down directly on the guacamole inside the bowl, pressing it down firmly to squeeze most of the air out. This will help prevent the color turning.

Guacamole cries out for garlic powder and cumin, and maybe a bit of chili powder, but no need for garlic powder or chili powder if using fresh garlic and a jalapeno as mentioned in the recipe. Do need the cumin powder though! We've eaten guacamole too many times to count and have made it countless times before. I followed the recipe exactly and it was THE BEST GUACAMOLE I EVER MADE! My husband is picky about salsa and guacamole, due to his grandmother who makes everything so awesome, but he even said this was the BEST ONE YET!
