    1. Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in pan add mustard seeds, When it starts to crackle add urid dal, curry leaves, garlic cloves, methi seeds and red chilli to this. Now add hing and turmeric. - - 2. Once this done keep this aside. In same pan add remaining oil fry the chopped tomatoes in low flame until it gets mushy. Cool down once done. - - 3. Now grind this into coarse paste with fried items and coriander leaves. Add enough salt.
    1. Now we have to temper this chutney. For that heat little pan add oil.. Once it hot add mustard, urad dal, red chilli, curry leaves and hing. Once this done add this to chutney. - - 5. Serve this with hot idli or sponge dosa. Hot Tummy!!!!!!!!!!!
