  5. Apply the herb garlic oil on the top of the dough spread the herb and garlic nicely, spread the sliced bell pepper nicely on the dough.
  6. Rest the tray for some time to rise it again u can also put inside the oven at 65C to fast rise.
  7. After rising of the dough bake it on 235C about 20-30 mins untill lightly brown on the top.
  8. After taking out the bread brush it with that left over herb oil.
  9. Serve it warm.
