Take Dried spices : Kashmiri chilli,Cumin,bayleaf, Coriander seeds
Take Cinamon stick, Soaked almonds, sesame seeds, fresh coriander
Prepare Green Peas and fresh paneer

Firstly finely chopped onions and tomatoes, Now heta up the pan add little oil add onion fry till golden brown now add the tomatoes garlic cloves and ginger into it.keep it aside.
Now in another pan add all dried spices saute it till you get the nice aroma.Keep it aside so that it will get cool
Now make a fine paste of Soaked almonds and sesame seeds.
Make a fine powder of all roasted dried spices & also make a fine paste of Tomato Onion mixture.
Now Heat up Pan add butter and little oil add mustard seeds once it starts cracking add Asafoetida into this add our Tomato Onion fine paste with a full spoon of Red chilli powder do that we get a nice colour to our gravy, lower the flame and cover it with a lid and cook it for 10 mins till it gets a nice colour.
After 10 mins once the gravy starts cooking add boiled green peas, salt as per taste, add a tea spoon of garam masala powder stir it, add fresh paneer now mix all the ingredients together and again cover it for 5 mins.
After 5 mins add our Soaked almonds and sesame seeds paste for the richness in our gravy. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Serve it with Roti or Naan as per your choice.
