  2. scoop out avocado into a bowl.
  3. dice tomato, add to avocado
  4. zest the lime into the bowl with avocado and tomato
  5. rough chop the cilantro and add to the mixture
  6. add remaining spices (amount of salt can be altered for taste preference)
  7. slice lime in half and squeeze juice from both halves into the mixture
  8. mix well. I use a fork to leave the guacamole chunky, but you can certainly put this in the food processor if you like it creamier.
  9. when done mixing, return the pits to the guacamole. They keep it from turning brown as quickly… Neat trick

This is a good base recipe, but for really good guac, you have to add some fresh cilantro. I would also omit the olive oil, and add a little cumin and a tomato.
