This chutney goes so well with any snacks like tikkis, cutlets, samosas & pakoras. I make use of this in so many If using for chaats you can also add a handful of coriander leaves. What I have shared in this post has no coriander leaves.   1. Clean the green leaves of coriander and mint and wash it properly.
  2. In a mixer grinder add these leaves, garlic cloves, ginger, tomatoes, onion, salt, green chilli, add some water and grind it properly.
  3. In a pan take 1/2 tbs desi ghee and then add jeera and pour this mixture into it.
  4. Take it out in a bowl and add lemon. Green coriander and mint leaves chutney ready to eat.
  5. You can serve it with any kind of snacks and meal.

A delicious coriander and mint chutney just like those at the best restaurants! I like my coriander and mint chutney to be spicy and usually throw in at least five green chillies. It's not a soup after all so if you're not a fan of the heat, you can just dab your appetisers of choice into it. A mint and coriander flavoured chutney which is great for sandwich spreads. Lemon juice enhances the flavours of mint and coriander and prevents discoloration of the greens.
