  5. Add lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar, fold all together to combine

Chop your ingredients into small pieces. Pico de Gallo is not meant to have large chunks. Rest in the fridge before serving. The end result is worh it… trust me! This easy pico de gallo recipe is a classic for good reason.
