Very creamy, lightly cheesy, great alfredo flavour. I put two large garlic cloves in and wanted it a bit more garlicy so I added about a tsp granulated garlic but that's personal taste. Adheres very well to the tortellini. Combine all ingredients: Add in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch.
