Instructions to make Sabudana vada:

  1. প্রথমে সাবু ভালোভাবে ধুয়ে ৩-৪ ঘন্টা ভিজিয়ে রাখতে হবে। আলু গ্রেড করে নিতে হবে।
  2. তারপর সাবু ভিজে নরম হয়ে গেলে তার সাথে গ্রেড করা আলু,ময়দা, ধনেপাতা কুচি, কাঁচা লংকা কুচি, ধনে গুড়ো আর সনদক নুন দিয়ে ভালোভাবে মাখতে হবে।
  3. তারপর হাতে তেল মাখিয়ে নিয়ে ছোট ছোট করে বড়া গুলো বানিয়ে নিতে হবে।
  4. তারপর কড়াইতে তেল গরম করে কম আঁচে একটু সময় নিয়ে বড়া গুলো ভেজে নিতে হবে ।তারপর গরম গরম পরিবেশন করতে হবে।
