  4. Remove from the stove and transfer on to the serving dish.

Cook, stirring gently a couple times in the first minutes of cooking. A sprinkling of onion, ham and green pepper enhance the texture further. Shredded cheddar adds extra flavor, but is optional. Slide the frittata onto a plate and serve immediately. Add green bell peppers or mushrooms to the ham, onion, and potatoes for an even more colorful meal.
