Poke three holes in the cap of a plastic water bottle using a sharp pointed knife (or corkscrew). Fill the bottle with your pancake batter.
  3. Heat your non stick skillet over medium heat. If you are using the normal pan, brush the surface of the pan with oil or butter. Drizzle the batter in quick circular motions forming a net-like-pattern or just go straight lines in any directions.
  4. Allow crepe to cook for one or two minutes. Remove from the pan and fold it triangle or roll it into a log (like springrolls). Enjoy your net crepes with chicken curry.
