  4. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium - low, cover and simmer 45 mins or untill potatoes are tender,stir several times while cooking.
  5. Once ready, server over noodles or rice or chapati and top each serving with 2 tablespoon fuls of yogurt.
