  7. If on the slow cooker cook on high for 1 hour and reduce to low and caary on cooking for 3-4 hours.
  8. To make it low fat you can skim the floating fat at the end. It will depend on how lean your lamb was.

Whisk together chicken broth, tomato paste and paprika; pour over lamb and vegetables. Serve with sour cream and parsley.
