  21. Make ready 1 tablespoon oil
  22. Get 1/2 teaspoon Whole jeera
  23. Get A few curry leaves
  24. Prepare Sesame seeds
  25. Get Fresh chopped coriander
  26. Take 1 tablespoon besan flour

Muthiya are Indian fried dumplings that are similar to pakoras, except they are made with methi leaves, chickpea flour, and whole wheat flour to keep them together.
