After they have been in freezer for hour or longer, leave them still in there while you melt half a bag of ghiradelli milk choc chips, and half a bag of semi sweet Hershey choc chips..with 2 tablespoons of Crisco veg shortening (butter flavor)…in a glass bowl in microwave. Put on 1 min increments and take out and stir, and back in for another min or 2, and out & stir until melted. Then dip, put back on parchment paper baking sheet that it was on.
  3. Put in freezer another hour or so to harden up. Take them all off, and put in a freezer bag or freezer container, and store in freezer.
  4. TIP/FYI: whenever you want to eat some, never let them defrost completely because bananas will be soggy. Usually I just take a few or however many I want out of the freezer container that I put them in, and let them sit out on a napkin about 10 min or so.

Slice the banana up and place a small scoop of peanut butter on a slice, and then top it with another slice. Remove frozen banana bites from the freezer.
