Es muy sencilla de preparar y una opción perfecta para una cena informal.

Steps to make Esfihas de carne:

  1. Warm up the water and milk up to 30°c and add to the mixing bowl.
  2. Add the yeast, sugar and 250 gr of the flour. Mix well by hand.
  3. Once well combined add all the other ingredients and mix well by hand initially. Once well incorporated bring it to the mixer.
  4. Mix it on the lowest power possible for around 15 minutes.
  5. Oil an empty bowl and add the dough once ready. Cover it with a damp cloth and keep it inside you microwave for 1 hr.
  6. Add a little flour to the surface you will use and drop your dough once the time is up.
  7. Add a little flour over it as well and split in 2 parts. Cut it in to 50gr balls. Add all to a corn maze flour tray.
  8. Let it rest once again for 15 minutes. Turn on your oven to the max to preheat.
  9. Open the individual ball with a 3 finger circular motion on top of the corn maze. Add your preferred topping
  10. Cook it for around 8 minutes or until a dark golden crust has formed.
