Mango crepes is one of the most popular of current trending meals on earth. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions every day. Mango crepes is something which I have loved my whole life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

A sweet mango filling stuffs these delicate crepes before they're topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, creating one decadent dessert that's great for entertaining. Mango pancakes are soft crepes with whipped cream and fresh mango wrapped inside. They are easy to make, yet so delicious. – I apologize for mispronouncing.

The ingredients needed to make Mango crepes:

  1. Get 4 Eggs
  2. Make ready 1cup+4tbsp Milk
  3. Take 1 cup Flour
  4. Get 1 pinch Salt
  5. Make ready as needed Butter or oil
  6. Take 2tbsp Sugar
  7. Prepare ¹/²cup Mango puree
  8. Make ready 2 cups Whipped cream
  9. Prepare 1 cup Chopped mangoes

Instructions to make Mango crepes:

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl & whisk.
  2. Sift the flour.Add sugar,mango puree & milk
  3. Add salt & butter and and whisk till it's combined.Sprinkle salt.
  4. Let the batter chill in refrigerator for 2 hrs to allow the starch in the batter expand(Well I have used it instantly)
  5. Gently ladle enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan.Swirl the pan to help the batter distribute evenly.Cook on low flame with a cap on.Remove from heat once cooked. Let it cool down.
  6. Lay down a crepe.Spread a few tablespoons of whipped cream.Add a layer of mangoes & wrap the crepe.
  7. Enjoy your Mango crepe

Layer crepes between sheets of paper towel to keep warm. I'll be cooking mango crepes later. I've never cooked it before, but I hope it would taste really good. I'll be making my own filling. Fresh mango chunk topped with fluffy whipped cream, then wrapped with a thin, moist and elastic crepe, pillow-shaped mango pancake is a dessert to die for.
