  1. Preheat oven to 170 C Fan. Grease a brownie pan (I used 9x9 inch, plus 6 mini cupcake tins for easy to go brownies!)
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave or over a stove top. Stir in the chocolate. Mix and cover until melted. If not melted, pop in the microwave for 20second increments (or keep stirring over a stop top) until melted
  3. In a separate bowl: Mix together sugar and eggs
  4. In another bowl: mix together Carob butter and 1 mashed banana. It's ok to have chunks, but try to make it as smooth as possible!
  5. Add in the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and eggs, mix thoroughly. Add in the Carob butter and banana, and mix until smooth! Stir in 85g of plain flour.
  6. In a separate bowl: Mix together sugar and eggs
  7. In another bowl: mix together Carob butter and 1 mashed banana. It's ok to have chunks, but try to make it as smooth as possible!
  8. Add in the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and eggs, mix thoroughly. Add in the Carob butter and banana, and mix until smooth! Stir in 85g of plain flour.
  9. Pour brownie mix into greased tin! Bake for 20 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Enjoy!
