  18. Make ready salt as per taste

  5. Add the crumbled paneer and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute. Add chopped coriander and kasuri methi crushed bwtween palms.
  6. Mix well. Do not cook more after adding paneer as it will make paneer chewy. The paneer bhurji is ready.
  7. Serve paneer bhurji hot with chapati, parathas, bread or pav.
