  5. While that happens, add 1/4 cup water to the tomato blend and let it come to a boil.

  7. Switch the stove off and add the boiled milk. Stir  a few times so that the milk does not curdle.
  8. Check for salt. And adjust the spices according to your preference.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
