  2. First,soak your chicken pieces on a bowl with maziwa mala and salt, place it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hrs.
  3. Clean your tomatoes, cut into pieces and blend them to get a tomatoe puree, set it aside.
  4. Here now, clean and cut into pieces the ginger, garlic, dhania and hoho mix them together and blend them until its a puree form, set it aside also.
  5. Cut your onions, and place them on a sufuria, add cooking oil, cook until they are golden brown, drain your oil and save it for another purpose.
  6. Once,you done with the draining of oil, let your onions heat up, add your blended puree of hoho, ginger, garlic and let it heat up a little bit, for 3 to 5 minutes, then add your tomato puree and tomate paste mix all together and let it heat up.
  7. Add your chicken that you had soaked in maziwa mala and salt, mix everything together, cover it and let it heat up.
  8. For the rice, do it as a normal rice boil it once done,add food colour (i used yellow food colour),mix the rice and the food colour, al together.
  9. Once done. Serve and enjoy
