  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees
  2. Wash potatoes well, use a knife or fork to make few holes all over the potatoes
  3. Bake them in preheated oven for 35 minutes
  4. Cut them lengthwise from the centre to yield 4 skinned halves
  5. Scoop out from the centre using a spoon
  6. In a bowl take the scooped out potato mash, (do not mash too much) add chat masala, pav bhaji masala, salt, and lemon. Masalas should be as per your taste.
  7. Butter all 4 halves, in two fill potato mixture, top it up with mozzarella cheese
  8. In other 2 buttered halves fill bhaji top it up with mozzarella cheese
  9. Keep all 4 pieces on a baking tray and grill it for 5-7 minutes, till cheese starts getting light brownish
  10. Sprinkle some chat masala, red chilli powder, chopped onion and some lemon juice
  11. Serve immediately
