  4. In a heavy, oven-safe pan on medium-low heat, sauteé potatoes with the olive oil
  5. Add green onions and garlic to the potatoes
  6. Add rosemary thyme and basil to the potato mixture. Stir potato mixture occasionally. While its getting golden brown, mix together eggs, milk and parmesan cheese well
  7. Once potatoes are slightly browned, turn off heat and add egg mixture to the pan
  8. Put the pan in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes
  9. Let cool and eat!:)
