  5. Add herbs and cook just until fragrant and wilted, about a minute.
  6. Pour in egg mixture and use a spatula to spread out the veggies and herbs evenly throughout the eggs. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Let cook another minute and then transfer the skillet to the oven.
  7. Bake for 8-15 minutes depending on the depth of your skillet. Eggs will be puffed up and the cheese will be slightly browned.
