  1. Take As needed Corn stick
  2. Make ready 1 sweet corn
  3. Prepare 2 tsp maida
  4. Take 2 tsp rice flour
  5. Get As needed Water for boiling
  6. Take As needed Oil for frying
  7. Take Salt as per taste
  8. Make ready Black pepper powder as per taste
  9. Make ready 1 tsp lime juice (you can add more or less as per taste)
  10. Prepare Masala (everything as per taste, can be used more or less)
  11. Get 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  12. Get 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  13. Prepare Salt as per taste (chat masala also have salt so be careful)
  14. Get 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  15. Get 1/4 tsp Amchur powder
  16. Get 2 pinch Rock salt/kala namak

  3. Now take them out and let them cool for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Take all these sticks in big bowl, Add rice flour, maida and pinch of salt and black pepper, add 2 tsp of water and mix it.
  5. Keep it in freezer for 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile prepare masala, just mix all ingredients of masala and keep it ready.
  7. Heat the oil & carefully fry them on medium flame. (Sorry could not capture the pic)
  8. Take out from oil, sprinkle masala and lime juice. Enjoy your crispy corn masala sticks!!!!
