  7. Keep frying batch by batch untill you're done…note don't over crowd them if not you'll end up with a murshy yam balls
  8. Volla yam balls is done yum yum enjoy with tea or milk shake I enjoyed mine with my deeping sauce

I enjoyed these sweet potato sage balls very much. These are not a usual potato cake. They are quite delicate on the palate but also quite flavourful. SAUCE: This Sweet & Sour Sauce is not obscenely sweet, it's got a nice balance of sweet and tang. If you want sweeter, just stir through more sugar at the end, or more vinegar for more tang.
