  5. After 10 minutes, add the condensed milk and the cardamom powder.
  6. In a pan, heat butter or ghee on a low flame, now shallow fry the dry fruits and add them to the kheer along with crushed mawa.
  7. Allow it to come down to the room temperature first and then refrigerate it.
  8. Serve it chilled with some fresh cream on top in orange bowls as i did for a fancy look.
