  2. Make maida paste by mixing 1 tbsp maida & some water
  3. Dip one papd in water & squeeze it & put little paste of aloo on it & roll it well like spring roll the on the corner put the maida paste & paste the roll
  4. Now fry it in oil or you can make it fryer also

I ate Papad Roll for the first time at Peninsula Restaurant in Sion, Mumbai. Now roll potatoes into papad and role papad also. Seal the corners with gram flour batter. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all papad rolls until they turn golden brown. Papad Roll is simply a delicious Indian appetizer served as a stuffed papad, here papad is stuffed with the mixture of boiled potatoes and spices and then deep fried in hot oil.
