  5. Mix until you have a well combined mixture.
  6. Brush your baking tray with butter
  7. And line it with the bottom filo sheet.
  8. Distribute the filling evenly
  9. And top it with the second filo sheet.
  10. Brush with a little milk or an egg yolk diluted in milk and poke the top with a fork.
  11. Bake at 180°C for 30'-40' depending on the oven
  12. (until golden brown).
