  2. Get 4-5 cups chick peas
  3. Make ready 2 tspoon red chilli powder
  4. Get 1 tspoon cummin seeds
  5. Get 1 tspoon coriander powder
  6. Make ready 1/4 th tspoon turmeric powder
  7. Make ready Salt as per taste
  8. Prepare 5-6 cups Water
  9. Get For chana daal
  10. Take 2 cup chana daal
  11. Make ready Grated ginger
  12. Take Salt as per taste
  13. Get 1/4 tspoon turmeric powder
  14. Prepare 1/2 tspoon cummin seeds
  15. Make ready leaves Gew coriander
  16. Prepare For suzi and wheat halwa
  17. Make ready 2 cups semolina /suji
  18. Take 1 cup wheat flour
  19. Take 2 cups sugar depends on sweetness
  20. Prepare Few dryfruits chopped
  21. Make ready 3 cups warm water
  22. Get Few crushed cardamom
  23. Take Half cup ghee
  24. Take For puri
  25. Prepare 4 big bowls of wheat four
  26. Get 1 cup semolina/suzi

The eighth day, Ashtami, and the ninth day, Navami, have special significance as on these days devotees invite young On day eight of Navaratri, that is Ashtami devotees worship Maa Mahagauri. This dish is not just packed with flavours but also super healthy. But Pushpanjali on Ashtami morning is a must. Steps to make Ashtami prasad thali:

  1. Soaked chickpeas overnight… Next day wash it and cook in cooker by adding water and salt… Later strain water and remove chick peas in bowl.. Now in same cooker add oil cummin seeds than add boiled chick peas mix well than add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder mix well and let it cook on slow flame for 5 minutes later add chaat masala..
  2. For halwa… Heat ghee than add suzi roast it for 5 minutes on slow flame than add wheat flour keep stirring for 5 to 10 minutes… So that it gets mix well add crushed cardamom..now add warm water keep stirring no lumps shud for. Than add sugar… Keep stirring untill ghee is released from sides.. As halwa is ready add dryfruits on top..
  3. For chana daal… Soak chana daal 1 hour… Wash it… Than In a cooker add oil grated ginger cummin seeds than add daal and turmeric powder mix well now add chopped coriander leaves and salt mix well add water and give whistle 4 to 5… Later check consistency daal is ready
  4. For puri mix whear flour and suzi add salt and knead dough.. Little hard.. Than make small balls and roll into puri size and than deep fry in oil
  5. Now serve this ashtami prasad to nau devi and enjoy 😊
