  3. Mix everything properly and finally add grated cheese to it. Mix everything properly.
  4. Make rolls from the above mixture.
  5. For the outer layer coating mix semolina and water to make paste which is not to thick or thin. Keep this aside and let the semolina absorb water.(make this before starting to make the rolls) Now check if the outer layer coating is proper or not. It should not be too thick, if so add little water to it. Cover the rolls with the semolina coating and deep fry them on medium flame until they turn golden brown.
  6. Remove the rolls in a bowl after being fried properly. Serve the ready rolls with green chutney.
