  3. Now take 1 tsp ghee in a pan. Once the ghee is hot then add cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, cloves, black pepper and saute for a while. Now add sliced onion and saute well. Now add chopped ginger, garlic, slit green chili and saute well.
  4. Now add finely chopped tomatos, carrot, peas and saute well. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and mix it well.
  5. Now add crumbled paneer and mix it well. Finally add cooked rice and mix gently. Now add fried paneer, cover with the lid, simmer it and cook it for 5 minutes. now mix and serve it hot with raita.
