Prepare 1/2 Cup Curd
Prepare 1 Cup Water
Get 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
Get 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Make ready 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
Instructions to make #GA4 # Week 6 Paneer Balls with Gravy:
For Paneer Balls
Mash the Paneer in a bowl.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to the crushed paneer.
Add gram flour into the crushed paneer.
Mix it and add a few drops of water for binding.
Make balls out of it.
Fry the balls in medium hot oil at low flame until they become golden brown.
For Gravy
Heat a pan add oil into it
Roast peanuts, black pepper, cloves, onions, sliced coconut, garlic, ginger paste for 1 Minute. Grind it into a fine paste.
Heat oil in the pan again, add bay leaves, cumin seeds, paste and all the spices mentioned above into the pan.
Cook the gravy for 15 Minutes.
Then add tomato puree and cook the gravy for 5 Minutes more.
Then add the fried paneer balls into the gravy and add 1 glass water into the gravy. Simmer it for 5 Minutes more.
Paneer balls with Gravy is ready to serve hot with Lachha Parathas.
