  22. Take Boneless Chicken Cubes 500 Grams
  23. Get 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  24. Prepare 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  25. Take 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  26. Make ready 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  27. Take to taste Salt
  28. Prepare 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  29. Take 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

The chicken is incredibly tender and injected with flavour from a yogurt marinade, and the Butter Chicken sauce is so ridiculously delicious, you'll want it on tap! Butter Chicken is an easy recipe that's full of savory flavor with warm spices. This mild curry has tender chunks of chicken simmered in a creamy spiced curry sauce. It's quick to make with chicken, tomato sauce, cream, and handful of pantry spices.

Instructions to make Butter Chicken:

  1. Chicken Marination: Add all the marination ingredients in the chicken and let it marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. Add 3 Tablespoons of butter in a pan and add marinated chicken. Let it cook until chicken is done. Set aside for later use.
  3. Add Chicken gravy ingredients in a pan except spices and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add all the spices and again cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Add water in the gravy as required. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Add milk and cream in the gravy. Mix it well. Add cooked chicken. Cook until gravy gets thick.
  6. Garnish it with qasoori methi, green chilies and coriander leaves.
