Instructions to make Butter chicken:

  1. Marinate chicken with yoghurt, chilli powder, tikka masala, oil, turmeric,coriander, cumin and ginger garlic paste and leave it for 30 minutes
  2. In a pot heat the butter and add onion and sauté when it will golden add tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes and grind it because we need creamy texture
  3. Now add marinated chicken and cook till chicken will tender and all the curry looks creamy texture
  4. When curry cooked and thick add in fresh cream
  5. If you like then you can give the charcoal smoke to marinated chicken
  6. Serve with naan or rice
