I made it without the anchovies (at my family's request) but I think I will use them next time. I love the flavor they add. I did add extra pepper flakes to make it a little spicier.

  1. Boil the spaghetti until it softens and cook until three-quarters done.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Saute the garlic and chilli flakes until they turn golden brown.
  4. Add chicken sausage and seafood mix of your choice (my favourite! 😻) with some water. Let them simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add the boiled spaghetti to the mixture and stir well.
  6. Sprinkle the spices mix of your choice. Taste with anchovy stock cube, salt and blackpepper.
  7. Serve with a drizzle of extra olive oil and grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese for a more delicious option! Enjoy! 😻
