  5. Place shredded chicken on top of the bed of mixed greens, then the cut apples
  6. Take take out the now warm/crisp tortilla and lay it on a plate
  7. Add the vinaigrette (I used champagne pear with Gorgonzola vinaigrette) on top
  8. If you like, add more mixed greens on top
