Cut the scones into desired shape and place them on the parchment paper lined baking sheet and brush the tops with the egg wash and remaining cheddar. Bake for 17 to 18 minutes or until golden brown, let them cool completely.

Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in onion, cheese and two-thirds of the bacon. Transfer dough to a greased baking sheet. Cut into eight wedges, but do not separate. Fold the cheese, scrambled eggs, and bacon into the flour mixture.
