  1. Step 1- Prepare spaghetti according to packet instruction. Cook minced meat in boiling water, drained and put aside (half cooked). This is to get rid of any impurities in meat. Then, using nonstick skillet over medium heat, partially cook the meatball. Keep aside.

Cover and stir every now and then. Let this sauce simmer over low heat until all ingredients are well combined and sauce thickened nicely. Done. Add/top with grated parmesan cheese just before serving.
